I cannot express enough gratitude to Roy for making me the Chef I am today.

A true pioneer in Pacific Rim/Euro Asian Cuisine, I was lucky enough to be there in beginning. I was fortunate to travel with him for years doing events cooking amazing food.

If you ever get a chance, visit the original Roy's in Hawaii Kai, Great People there. They have true Aloha Spirit.

CHris Garnier is the Executive there (been at Roy's longer than I have.) the view is spectacular!
